Ulster SBK R7 this weekend at Kirkistown Racing Circuit

The Crown Prince of Kirkistown Event promoted and hosted by Belfast and District Motor Club and Round 8 of the The Ulster Superbike Championship will once again return to Kirkistown Race Circuit, 130 Rubane Road, Kircubbin, BT22 1AU Co Down on Saturday 7 September 2019.

Qualifying starts at 9 am and racing due to commence once qualifying is completed. There will be a lunch break around midday.

Admission: £10 per person including programme. Children 12 years and under free admission when accompanied by an adult.

KIRKISTOWN CIRCUIT INFO FOR COMPETITORS

Opening & Closing times to Kirkistown circuit will be:

Friday 6th September – Gates open 4.00pm -11.00pm

Saturday 7th September – Gates open 6.30am -8.00pm

 

Competitor’s vehicles will be parked in the paddock on a first come first serve basis. Any non????race vehicles i.e. private cars/vans will NOT be permitted into the paddock. NO EXCEPTIONS Failure to comply with Instructions given by the Paddock/Club staff may result In the rider(s) exclusion from the event.

 

Electricity

-for those staying from Friday the rate i.e approx. £10.00. These hookup points are limited &

the 500 Club personnel will be collecting the money for this. Electricity is for sole use of the purchaser. Anyone caught ‘sharing electricity’ will be disconnected and no refund shall be given. Overloading the electricity may cause sockets to trip.

 

Garages open/closed times are as follows:

Friday

-will only be opened and closed by the paddock staff at the request of the garage occupant. All Garages will be locked no later than 10.00pm.

Saturday from 7.00am and will only be opened by the paddock staff at the request of the garage occupant.

 

Garages.

If available, are booked via the 500 Club (Kirkistown)

 

PLEASE NOTE: We have been instructed by Kirkistown that cables are NOT permitted to run from garages & that trailing cables are NOT permitted in the paddock.

 

Scrutineering will take place on:

Friday from approx. 7.00pm-8.30pm

Saturday morning from approx. 7.0Oam-08.30am

(Scrutineer machine(s) before sign on)

 

Rider sign on will be open:

Friday 7.00pm -8.30pm

Saturday from 7.00am -9.15am

 

Remember your race licence and scrutineering docket(s).

Rider briefing – at 08.40am – Competitor attendance is compulsory.

 

Location of briefing will be announced on Saturday morning.

 

Spectator admission is £10 which Includes an event programme.

Children under 12 years are free and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
